Compensation & Benefits: Proctor Academy is committed to the well-being of our employees. Benefits include:

  • Pay: $20-$25, dependent on experience

  • Generous Paid Time Off: Immediate 1-week vacation, increasing to 2 weeks after one year, plus 15 paid holidays and additional personal/sick days.
