Associate Director of Admission

The Admission Office seeks an Associate Director of Admission. This critical position within the admission team and the school requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with excellent organizational skills.  The Associate Director of Admission is responsible for interviewing prospective students, representing the school at events on and off campus, and evaluating candidates. They will participate in the life of the school potentially including student advising, residential life and afternoon programs.  Lastly, the Associate Director of Admission will partner with Admission team members on functions including marketing and communications, data collection and analysis, financial aid and student ambassador programs.

·         Support the culture and ethos of the school by attracting and enrolling mission-appropriate students and families through outreach efforts such as travel, virtual and on-campus programming and active engagement in the daily life of the school. 

·         Assist the Directors of Admission, Financial Aid, Advancement, Communications and Enrollment Strategy with long-range planning, project-management, and tracking of various initiatives within Proctor’s evolving Advancement Structure.

·         Assist in the coordination of Advancement-related events, including Open Houses, Accepted Student Days, Virtual Events, and Special Events.
