Who
You Are
- Experienced
Leader:
2–3+ years of high school or collegiate coaching experience.
- Game Expert: Deep
knowledge of your sport (lacrosse candidates must possess strong
sport-specific expertise).
- Mentor &
Motivator:
Proven ability to connect with, inspire, and foster meaningful
relationships with adolescents.
- Program
Builder:
Skilled at attracting and recruiting student-athletes and families who
align with our school's values and educational mission.
What
You’ll Do
- Lead &
Prepare:
Plan and execute dynamic practices and manage a Monday–Saturday practice
and game schedule.
- Culture
First:
Cultivate team grit, sportsmanship, service, and core athletic values.
- Safety &
Communication:
Partner closely with athletic training staff to ensure student wellness,
maintaining clear communication across administration, parents, and
alumni.
