Join the Team: Wellness Center Office Manager at Proctor Academy! Ready to make a meaningful impact on student life? Proctor Academy is hiring an Office Manager to run the daily operations of our brand new Wellness Center. We’re looking for a logistical superstar who can manage schedules, coordinate office systems, and collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, nursing team, counseling team, athletic trainers, outside providers, students, families, and community to support a welcoming and organized environment.

 The Office Manager's duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing daily front office operations and maintaining an organized, efficient workflow,
  • Assisting with the scheduling of student appointments and meetings,
  • Supporting the Wellness Center with confidential health and administrative records in compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and organizational policies,
  • Assisting nursing, counseling, and athletic trainers with student attendance needs,
  • Coordinating communication between healthcare providers, counselors, athletic trainers, administrators, and families as appropriate.

Qualifications:

·         Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered,

·         Previous office management or administrative experience required, preferably in healthcare, school health, counseling, or wellness settings,

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
