Residential Mortgage Loan Underwriter
The responsibility of this position is the providing and writing of accurate reports for members of Senior Management, Outside parties, Board of Directors, and Management as needed and requested. This position is responsible for the assembly of correct information from a variety of resources and the data integrity of the information produced within the reports.
In addition, this position is primarily responsible for underwriting and approving residential mortgage loans and Home Equity Loan requests. Works to ensure compliance is met with underwriting and processing requirements as outlined within the regulatory regulations. Works closely with the loan department and mortgage loan originators to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with banking procedures.
