Proctor Academy is seeking a dynamic, organized, and people-focused Housekeeping Manager to lead our facilities team in Andover, NH. The Role: As the Housekeeping Manager, you won’t just manage a schedule; you will inspire a team. You will oversee the daily cleanliness and sanitation of dormitories, classrooms, and common areas, ensuring our high standards are met across every square inch of campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct, train, and motivate a dedicated housekeeping staff.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage workflows for daily cleaning, seasonal deep cleans, and summer program turnovers.

  • Inventory & Safety: Oversee supply management, equipment maintenance, and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.

  • Collaboration: Partner with Facilities and Housing to report maintenance needs and prepare for special events.

  • Community Focus: Maintain a respectful, student-centered atmosphere with professional boundaries.
