JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas of the office are clean, neat, and orderly, in conjunction with the Company’s policies and procedures.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

 

·       Interior/Exterior Maintenance of RHC that includes walls, woodwork, windows, floors, bathrooms, kitchenette, lawn care, and walkways

·       Sanitizes countertops, examining tables or chairs and work surfaces daily to prevent bacterial growth and prevent disease and infection

·       Practices safe procedures in cleanliness, such as wearing gloves and mask, as necessary

·       Empties waste containers daily / weekly as directed

·       Vacuums and dusts on an as-necessary basis

·       Keeps inventory of cleaning supplies and will notify Administrative/Management Committee when supply is getting low

·       Reports damages to Administration/Management Committee so repairs can be made as needed

·       Performs other duties as assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·       High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

·       Two years related experience preferred

·       Demonstrated Customer Service orientation

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
